is acting solely as an agent of the primary vendor of the travel products listed
on our website and is not responsible for any circumstances which may arise (i)
during travel to, (ii) during the time spent at or (iii) during travel from your
travel destination which is the subject of your contracted travel with any
vendor listed on our website. See the details of the vendors' liability
which are included with the travel documents issued in conjunction with your
trip.
We strongly advise that you purchase travel protection insurance
either form the travel vendor or an independent travel insurance vendor through
For Trips To Go.
In some cases, we ask for deposits when making trip reservations. Deposits are
refundable pursuant to the terms of the respective vendor.
When booking a dive trip with us as a certified diver, we will ask for a copy of
your certification card. If you do dive training with us, we will ask that
you complete the appropriate paperwork for the training. When going on a
trip with us, we will ask that you sign a liability release.
As a convenience to you, we accept major credit cards. If you pay for a
trip using your credit card you may be assess a fee for doing so dependent upon
the respective vendor's terms. If you pay by credit card to us and we
process the charges through our merchant account, we will assess a 3% service
charge because that is what we are charged for processing credit cards.
We charge a $35 service fee for doing research for trips. If you book your
trip through us, we will deduce that amount from the cost of your trip.
That way, if we spend our time researching your trip and then the trip is booked
elsewhere, we will be compensated for our time.
